I decided to keep my birthday as private from this year onwards by changing settings in my Facebook acc to 'Only Me'. Why? No specific reason actually, but I think it is much more meaningful when family and friends who really remember the date wishing my birthday sincerely from their hearts....
And those who I expected to remember were remembering and I was deeply touched by that!
No celebration, and I was not expected anything from anybody. I took day off from work just to relax... but I admitted it was a brokenhearted day....and I spent half day comforting myself... just allow me to keep the reason as private. Too personal to share.... but I did celebrate my day with tears....
2 days ago, I bought a cake for myself. Yes... me celebrating my belated...and I had a slice this morning for my 'sahur' because it is my plan to qadha' my fasting starting from today....
I pray to Allah for better life from now on.... that's all my wish for my birthday....
